Rent	Half a day (9 AM - 1 PM or 1 - 5 PM) Full day	excl. VAT € 75.00 € 125.00	incl. VAT € 89.25 € 148.75
Rent includes coffee and tea and use of flipover. Use of room after 5.30 PM only after mutual agreement.
Extras	Use of Beamer Sandwich lunch p.p.	€ 50.00 € 14.15	€ 59.50 € 15.00

Cancellation	In case you need to cancel the contract within one week before the start of the rental period, the full rental fee will be charged.

More information	Smoking in the conference room is not allowed. The room is located on the first floor and is unfortunately not accessible for people in wheelchairs. Please find here the route description and map.
